Open Plans in the navigation. The top card, Your Current Subscription, shows your COD Orders limit. Below it, Choose your plan lists all four with a Monthly and Yearly switch. Your plan carries the badge Current. Everything is billed by Shopify.
The limit is the number of cash on delivery orders per month, counting both COD form orders and COD orders placed in Shopify checkout. Free allows up to 60 COD orders per month. Basic is $4.99 per month and allows 200. Standard is $9.99 per month and allows 480. Premium is $29.99 per month and is unlimited. Choosing Yearly applies a 10% discount to twelve months.
Free and Basic run one checkout visibility rule. Standard and Premium raise that to 10, although their cards say unlimited. Standard adds "+10% extra SMS credits" and Premium "+30% extra SMS credits" on every SMS credit pack you buy, for the same pack price. Premium also lists priority support and "Custom integrations & code help". SMS verification is available on every plan and paid for separately. Only the Free card spells out the COD form, its customization and its translations; the paid cards list what changes rather than the whole feature set.
When you pass your monthly limit the app shows a warning banner titled You have reached your monthly limit of 60 COD orders, with your own figure in place of 60, and an upgrade button under it. The form stops rendering until you upgrade or the month rolls over, with no message to the customer. The checkout half changes rather than stops. The link between the shipping rate and the payment method stops being enforced, so Cash on Delivery becomes payable on every rate. Your delivery rules keep running, so the COD rate stays hidden wherever you told it to be.
Press Select, Upgrade to ... or Downgrade to ... on the plan you want and approve the charge on the Shopify screen that opens. To go back to Free, use Switch to Free. It confirms first: "Your paid subscription will be cancelled. You will keep the Free plan limits."
