Open Analytics. Most of the page sits inside one card headed COD Form performance, which also holds the Date range selector offering Last 7 days, Last 30 days and Last 90 days. Before any customer has used the form you see No analytics yet with the note "As soon as customers open your COD form and place orders, you'll see them here."
COD Form opens counts how many times the form was opened, with several opens in one page load counted once. Orders and Revenue cover all COD orders in the period, from the form and from Shopify checkout together. Form conversion rate is form orders divided by form opens. Unique visitors counts distinct browsers that opened the form, and Visitor conversion rate divides form orders by those visitors. Every figure has a tooltip that states its definition, which is worth reading once.
Below the figures are four charts over the same period: COD Form opens, Orders, Revenue and Form conversion rate. Each one is a single line. Nothing on the page separates form orders from checkout COD orders, so read Orders and Revenue as the two added together. For the split, filter your Shopify orders by the tag the form writes.
A notice titled Checkout COD analytics history names the date from which checkout COD orders started being tracked here. Orders before that date are missing from these charts even though they counted towards your plan usage, so do not read a step change on that date as a real change in sales.
The Export button downloads the current period as a file you can open in a spreadsheet. Use it to compare COD against your other channels, or to keep a record before you change the form.
Watch form conversion rate after every change to the fields or the button: it is the fastest signal that you asked for one thing too many.
The dashboard repeats four of the six figures, COD Form opens, Orders, Revenue and Form conversion rate, so you do not have to open Analytics daily.
